To control for multiple comparisons in Age-Well, false discovery rate corrected p-values ( p FDR) are reported. In Age-Well, glucose metabolism and amyloid deposition were quantified in AD-sensitive grey matter regions via FDG- and AV45-PET scans, respectively.
